• You will manage a team of skilled technicians and ensure a safe working environment.
• You will provide guidance and support to staff and customers when required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and organise the workshop team whilst managing productivity and efficiencies.
• Be the go-to for support required for Technician and workshop staff.
• Provide technical knowledge to your team and customers when required.
• Ensure all work is authorised to a high standard.
• Promote high standards on job card write up to prevent warranty rejections.
• Mentor apprentices to empower them to become the future of tomorrow.
