Scania Leeds is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead a team of skilled technicians in a busy workshop environment in Leeds. You will drive productivity, ensure safety, and deliver excellent service to customers while promoting career development.
The role offers rotating shifts with a competitive hourly rate (£18.64 - £22.50) and a comprehensive benefits package including training, pension, life insurance, holidays, and bonus eligibility.
Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday, Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00, Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 00:00

An exciting opportunity to join our team at Scania Leeds at the heart of all workshop activity. You will be an organised people leader, with proven workshop experience, who encourages and promotes a team environment. You will manage a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, support, and ensuring a safe place to work, through excellent Health and Safety protocols. You will be passionate about the efficient running of the Workshop and pro‑active communication, delivering a fantastic service to all customers.
