Harnham is seeking a Lead Growth Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics function. This senior IC role focuses on broad growth analytics beyond campaign reporting, spanning Marketing, Customer journeys and Product to identify and size opportunities and drive investment decisions.

You will lead complex analyses, frame questions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that shape growth strategy and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Broad Growth/Marketing/Commercial Analytics experience
• Experience in digital, consumer, marketplace, subscription or tech-led environment
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience using Python or R for analysis
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and funnel performance
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to structure and lead ambiguous analytical projects

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analyses on the business's growth questions
• Identify and size opportunities across Marketing, journeys and Product
• Investigate drivers of growth changes and risks
• Support cross-functional growth initiatives beyond single campaigns
• Coach and mentor other analysts in the team
