Job summary

Mirus Aircraft Seating in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join the Production team. You will work mainly on the flow line, performing assembly and supporting with complex issues when required.

You will troubleshoot, rework and repair parts, collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Supervisors to maintain safe, efficient manufacturing and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Engineering biased NVQ Level 3 or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a Technician in serial production manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and practical engineering skills.
• Experience with machining, fabrication, sheet metal, welding.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or similar technical environments.

Responsibilities

• Work on the production flow line performing assembly to quality standards.
• Act as technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with engineering support.
• Carry out rework and repairs to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify root causes and improvements.
• Train and coach other technicians on processes.
