Qualifications

• Significant experience in paint and lacquer spraying is required.
• Previous supervisory experience would be highly preferable.
• Strong background in joinery or cabinetmaking finishing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team which also includes an Apprentice.
• Operate a range of spraying equipment including pump systems and gravity guns.
• Prepare substrates and apply high-quality top-coat finishes using spray guns.
• Deliver top-coat finishes across a full sheen range.
• Spray a variety of products including lacquers and water-based coatings.
