Job summary

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of Formula 1 projects from our Enstone facility. You will work with Senior Engineers and Production Managers to align priorities and ensure timely execution.

You will take ownership of project plans, run planning meetings, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver car development milestones. Eligible to work in the UK, salary and benefits reflect the high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.
• Ability to lead, influence and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Formula 1 projects with Programme Managers.
• Line manage Project Coordinators within the team.
• Author project plans for assigned car sections.
• Raise works orders and create Ensemble tasks for production/tech areas.
• Report daily status and ensure alignment across Engineering and Operations.
• Identify lead time improvements through design and operations.
