Job summary

Disrupt Talent is seeking an Exhibition Project Co-Ordinator in East London to oversee modular stand projects from brief to delivery. You will work with the owner and production team to plan, cost, and produce build-ready solutions using beMatrix/Aluvision and LED/AV tech.

The role requires hands-on project management, close client interaction, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Office-based with overtime during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in exhibition stand project management.
• Experience with modular exhibition stand systems.
• Proficiency with SketchUp or similar 3D software.
• Experience in exhibition estimating and costing.
• Knowledge of SEG graphics and exhibition print.
• Familiarity with AV, LED or display technology.
• Experience with Current RMS or similar software.
• Experience in production planning.
• Experience in client management.
• Knowledge of exhibition venues and organiser requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple modular exhibition projects from brief to delivery.
• Coordinate with client, design, stock, production and delivery teams.
• Develop stand layouts using SketchUp and modular systems.
• Prepare quotations, estimates and specifications for projects.
• Check stock availability and allocate equipment to projects.
• Produce accurate information for production and installation teams.
• Manage suppliers and internal stakeholders to stay on schedule and budget.
• Handle client changes throughout the project lifecycle.
