Disrupt Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom build exhibition stands in Warwickshire with a hybrid working arrangement. The role requires delivering projects from brief to final delivery on fixed show deadlines, while liaising with design, workshop, supplier and site teams.

You will manage budgets and timelines, supervise on-site build and breakdown, and solve problems quickly to keep projects moving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Managing custom exhibition stand projects end to end, from client brief through to on-site delivery.
• Liaising with designers, workshop teams, suppliers and site crews to keep projects on track.
• Managing project budgets, timelines and client communication throughout.
• Overseeing build and breakdown on site as required.
• Solving problems quickly and keeping projects moving under pressure.
