• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and venue organisers.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation.
• Support on-site installation, live events, and breakdown when required.
• Work collaboratively within a team of project managers.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Exhibition Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-profile exhibition projects.

Based full-time from the Leeds head office, you will manage exhibition stand projects from initial planning through to live delivery, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and venue organisers. Occasional on-site attendance during build-ups and live events will be required.
