Job summary

Disrupt Talent is seeking an Event Technical Delivery Lead for outdoor modular structures. You will own technical delivery, development and continuous improvement of the product, spanning planning, installation and on-site leadership.

Role involves site surveys, installation methodologies, RAMS generation, mentoring teams, and working with Sales and Operations. Travel across UK/Europe, hands-on fabrication and escalation of technical challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site installation teams or managing contractors.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or modular construction.
• Hands-on build capability on-site (cutting, assembly, finishing).
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation on site and coordinate install teams.
• Review briefs, carry out site surveys, develop installation methodologies.
• Produce RAMS and safe installation procedures; mentor teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management and Operations.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to product development.
