Job summary

Disrupt Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom build exhibition stands in Warwickshire with a hybrid working arrangement. The role requires delivering projects from brief to final delivery on fixed show deadlines, while liaising with design, workshop, supplier and site teams.

You will manage budgets and timelines, supervise on-site build and breakdown, and solve problems quickly to keep projects moving under pressure.

Disrupt Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established custom build exhibition agency, looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

The opportunity

We're looking for someone with a genuine track record delivering custom exhibition stands, comfortable owning projects from brief through to final delivery, and confident managing the pressures of fixed show deadlines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing custom exhibition stand projects end to end, from client brief through to on-site delivery
• Liaising with designers, workshop teams, suppliers and site crews to keep projects on track
