Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking a Lead Electrician to join our repairs and maintenance team in Lincolnshire. The role focuses on hands-on electrical work in occupied properties, with mentoring of electricians and apprentices and ensuring compliance.

You will perform repairs, testing, fault finding and provide technical support, with permanent, full-time hours and overtime opportunities. A strong balance of practical skills and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or completed apprenticeship.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations compliance.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
• AM2 qualification.
• Experience in domestic repairs and maintenance.
• Experience in social housing or residential maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance in occupied properties.
• Complete electrical testing, inspections and fault finding.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults.

Salary: 45,100 per annum + Overtime 55,000 expected earnings plus

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

This is a hands-on role carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and testing within residential properties, alongside providing technical support to other electricians.
