Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a qualified Electrician to join a busy maintenance team delivering electrical repairs and maintenance across residential properties in the East Midlands. You will be working on planned and reactive tasks, including fault finding, testing, and EICRs, while ensuring safe, compliant installations in occupied homes.

Based in the East Midlands, the role requires a full UK driving licence and a commitment to high standards of service.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent is required.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are required.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391) desirable.
• AM2 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Carry out fault finding and diagnostics.
• Test, inspect and certify electrical systems.
• Carry out EICRs and remedial works.
• Handle minor electrical installations.
• Work in occupied residential properties.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in a call-out rota.

The Role

• Electrical repairs and reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding and diagnostics.
• Testing, inspection and certification.

• Minor electrical installations.
• Working within occupied residential properties.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Participation in a call-out rota.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable.
• AM2 desirable.
• Experience in domestic, maintenance or social housing environments preferred.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
