Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a busy manufacturing site in Standish, near Wigan. The role combines hands-on electrical expertise with team leadership to drive maintenance planning and project delivery.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager and supervise technicians, while driving improvements in equipment reliability and maintenance standards. Salary £54–60k, permanent, 8:00–16:30 Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment is essential.
• Strong electrical knowledge with leadership ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to keep production running smoothly.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to maintenance technicians and deputise for the Maintenance Manager.
• Manage CMMS usage and ensure accurate maintenance records.
