Job summary

Talentmark are recruiting a Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a major chemical and polymer manufacturer based in Standish. You will provide technical leadership to the maintenance team and oversee safe, reliable operation of production equipment.

The role involves diagnosing faults, planning preventative maintenance, managing projects and ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and allocate work.
• Diagnose electrical and equipment faults and carry out preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Monitor equipment condition and use data to improve reliability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, allocating work and supporting team development.
• Diagnose electrical and equipment faults, carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Monitor equipment condition, identify risks and use maintenance data to improve reliability and performance.
• Manage maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, replacement parts and MOC processes.
• Ensure all maintenance activities meet health, safety, quality and compliance standards.
