Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Specialist to lead the Electrical provision within the Apprenticeships Department. The role is based at the Slough and Langley College campuses, is full-time and permanent, and offers a salary between £47,456 (M38) and £50,701 (M41) on the Support Staff pay scale, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will oversee the operational delivery of Electrical programmes, mentor a delivery team, plan curriculum and support

Qualifications

• Electrical installation qualification/experience preferred.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations certification desirable.
• Teaching or assessing qualifications (or willingness to work towards).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical provision within the Apprenticeships Department.
• Train, coach and assess a caseload of apprentices against industry standards.
• Oversee quality assurance including EQA visits and IQA processes.
• Build relationships with local and national employers to align training with industry needs.
