Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is recruiting a Technical Tutor in Electrical to join the Slough & Langley College team within the Apprenticeships department. The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary of £41,096–£44,165 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

You will manage apprentices, deliver training, and mentor learners toward End Point Assessment Gateway. The ideal candidate holds 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S qualifications, a recognised teaching qualification

Qualifications

• Industry qualifications including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S.
• Recognised teaching qualification such as CET, DET, or DTLLS.
• Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and deliver high-quality training, skills coaching and mentoring toward End Point Assessment Gateway.
• Work closely with apprentices, employers and internal support teams to track progress and monitor off-the-job training.
• Deliver an outstanding apprenticeship experience and ensure successful learner outcomes.
