Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an experienced Programme Lead - Electrical to head the Electrical provision within the Apprenticeships Department at Slough & Langley College campuses. You will lead a delivery team, drive curriculum planning and QA processes, and build employer links to meet industry needs.

Formación
- Vocational qualifications in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
- 18th Edition certification
- AM2/AM2S
- Teaching or assessing qualifications (or willingness to pursue)
- Experience supervising/mentoring teams
Responsabilidades
- Take operational ownership of Electrical programmes within Apprenticeships
- Lead and mentor delivery team; manage curriculum planning and standardisation
- Support IQA processes; track learner progress and drive continuous improvement
- Train, coach and assess apprentices; prepare for End Point Assessments
- Build strong employer relationships to meet real-world industry needs
- Support quality assurance visits and EQA activities
