Job summary

Premium Credit is seeking a CRM Developer for a 6-month fixed-term contract in London. You will act as the technical SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, designing and delivering CRM features, integrations and improvements.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to ensure robust solutions while staying current with Power Platform developments and best practices. Hybrid work in London is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience.
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics Plugins and Workflows, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus.
• Strong configuration and customization skills within Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Experience of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Portal, Microsoft Field Service.
• Data migration and large-scale deployment experience.
• SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft experience.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the technical SME for Dynamics 365 CE across Premium Credit.

What You'll Be Doing

As our CRM Developer, you'll act as a technical subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its associated technologies. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers to design, develop and deliver high-quality CRM solutions.

You'll be responsible for:
