Job summary

Gripple Limited in Sheffield is seeking a hands-on applications professional to own key business systems—ERP, CRM and PLM—and to lead a small team of two application developers within a 20-strong global IT function.

Reporting to the Global IT Manager, you will investigate and resolve issues, manage administration and backlog in Azure DevOps, coordinate testing and releases, and contribute to the Dynamics 365 rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement.
• Understanding of business processes: finance, purchasing, inventory, sales and CRM.
• Translate business requests into clear technical requirements and coordinate testing, release and documentation.
• Experience coordinating testing, releases and documentation with partners and vendors.
• Strong communication and team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues; coordinate escalations with suppliers and keep users informed.
• Carry out and coordinate application administration, including configuration and access changes, support records and documentation.
• Maintain a clear backlog in Azure DevOps; translate requests into actionable requirements and track work to completion.
• Organise updates and releases with developers and users; ensure testing and approvals are complete.
• Work with colleagues to deliver improvements to processes and applications.
• Contribute to our Dynamics 365 rollout by coordinating testing and changes for ongoing support.
• Manage two application developers with regular one-to-ones and workload planning.
