Job summary

Onyx-Conseil is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer (DSP) in Macclesfield. Expect 4 days on-site with Friday working from home, a salary band of £55,000–£65,000 plus bonus and an 8% employer pension contribution. The role spans hardware and embedded firmware design across DSP technologies.

You will lead digital/analogue circuit design, signal processing development, and PCB layout for new products while supporting existing lines in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hardware design experience in digital and analogue electronics.
• Embedded C and DSP expertise required with experience in signal acquisition and FFT.
• Experience with ARM microcontrollers and FreeRTOS is advantageous.
