Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Principal Electronics Engineer (DSP) in Macclesfield, working 4 days on-site with Friday WFH. The role offers £55,000-£65,000 plus bonus, 8% employer pension contribution and flexible working.

You will lead hardware and firmware development across analogue and digital electronics, specialising in DSP and embedded C, in a highly technical engineering team.

Qualifications

• Strong hardware design experience across analogue and digital circuits.
• Embedded C programming expertise with DSP techniques.
• Experience with ARM microcontrollers (STM32) and FreeRTOS.
• Knowledge of optoelectronics or HDI PCB techniques is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of new hardware and firmware solutions.
• Maintenance, enhancement and support of existing electronic products.
• Digital and analogue circuit design.
• Signal acquisition, A/D conversion and digital signal processing.
• PCB design and layout across new product developments.
