WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Principal / Associate Director in Drainage Engineering in the UK.

You will shape water and drainage solutions for major transport infrastructure, lead a team of drainage engineers, and manage client relationships from concept to construction support. You will contribute to technically challenging projects for rail, highways, and airports, working within a national sustainable water management team that values innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer and degree-qualified
• Extensive experience in designing sustainable drainage solutions
• Knowledge of drainage design principles and UK standards
• Experience with drainage modelling tools such as Causeway Flow or MicroDrainage
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams to meet quality and budget targets
• Ability to lead client relationships and engagements

Responsabilités

• Delivery of drainage engineering projects across highways, rail, and airports
• Lead projects from conception through to detailed design and construction support
• Deliver a wide range of drainage services for major transport and infrastructure projects in the UK
• Lead client relationships and progress meetings
• Manage a team of drainage engineers and support their development
