Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates are recruiting a Registered Manager for a pioneering domiciliary care operation in Manchester. You will lead the launch of the new CQC-regulated service, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

You will build relationships with local authorities and the community to secure private and council referrals, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and work with HR, recruitment and finance to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
• Proven CQC Registered Manager experience with inspections.
• Strong business development, marketing of care hours, and local authority referrals.
• Solid knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory compliance in domiciliary care.

Responsibilities

• Get the new domiciliary service off the ground and compliant with CQC.
• Network with local community and authorities to generate referrals.
• Recruit and retain a high-performing care team.
• Coordinate with HR, recruitment and finance teams to focus on care operations.
