Job summary

Quilter is seeking a Digital Learning Experience Lead to transform how colleagues access and engage with learning. You will own the learning experience, adoption, digital content and learning tech requirements, working with HR Information & Systems and the broader People team.

You will drive modern, accessible learning journeys using Workday Learning powered by Sana, reshape content creation with Articulate/Elucidat/Sana, and pilot Workday Skills Cloud to accelerate upskilling in priority areas

Qualifications

• Strong experience of learning technology, digital experience and product ownership.
• Demonstrable expertise in user experience and learning design.
• Experience with e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate/Elucidat/Sana).
• Knowledge of Workday Learning and Skills Cloud is desirable.
• Ability to use data and feedback to drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the digital learning experience across Workday Learning powered by Sana.
• Define learning requirements and ensure alignment with technology teams.
• Develop high‑quality e‑learning content and provide guidance to SMEs.
• Drive adoption of learning technologies and move away from legacy systems.
• Partner across HRIS and the People team to deliver learning initiatives.
