Job summary

Quilter plc is seeking a Digital Learning Experience Lead in Southampton, UK, with hybrid travel to London. You will reinvent the learning journey, lead Workday Learning powered by Sana, and shape AI-enabled, data-driven learning experiences for diverse colleagues.

This hands-on role partners with HRIS and the wider People team to modernise learning platforms and drive adoption. You will design engaging digital experiences, build high‑quality e‑learning, and connect priority skills to learning

Qualifications

• : Strong experience of learning technology, digital experience, product ownership or a related field, with evidence of using technology to deliver organisational impact.
• : Expertise in user experience and user journey design, translating business and colleague needs into simple, engaging digital experiences.
• : Demonstrable e‑learning authoring expertise, including designing and building effective learning in Articulate, Elucidat and Sana or comparable tools.
• : Experience shaping business requirements and improving the colleague experience of digital platforms, including supporting implementation and technology-enabled change.
• : Ability to use data, feedback and experimentation to evaluate impact, challenge assumptions and improve decisions.

Responsibilities

• : Reinvent the learning experience by centering journeys and creating accessible, engaging experiences.
• : Shape use of Workday Learning powered by Sana and emerging technologies to improve discovery and application of learning.
• : Create high-quality e-learning using Articulate, Elucidat and Sana with practical guidance and templates for SMEs.
• : Lead the implementation of Workday Skills Cloud pilots and connect priorities to learning content and adoption.
• : Explore AI-enabled learning approaches to personalise content and build capability.
• : Act as Learning SME for Workday Learning, defining requirements and driving adoption across the organisation.
