Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Learning Content Creator to design, develop and curate engaging learning materials across onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and upskilling initiatives. You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure content aligns with business needs and is delivered via our LMS platform.

You will work with tools like Easygenerator and Cornerstone LMS, creating learner-focused, interactive resources for desktop and mobile delivery while continuously improving

Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning content creation.
Experience generating creative digital content solutions for business problems.
Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and LMS integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design engaging learning experiences, modules, guides, and blended assets.
Collaborate with SMEs to translate topics into learning outcomes.
Monitor learner feedback and analytics to refine content.
Keep up-to-date with digital learning trends and tools.
