Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (DevSecOps) to drive hands-on delivery of secure, automated software delivery across product engineering. Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, and platform automation experience
• Lead or technical lead for a small team
• Strong software supply chain security principles
• Coding in Python/Go/Bash
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines
• Familiar with OpenTelemetry or observability tooling

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery platforms
• Implement and tune security controls in pipelines (SAST/DAST/SCA) and SBOM
• Develop IaC automation with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
• Lead and mentor a DevSecOps and platform automation team
• Collaborate with Security, Architects, and product teams to embed best practices
