Job summary

WoltersKluwer - Financial Services Solutions is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (DevSecOps) to drive hands-on delivery of automated, secure, and reliable software delivery capabilities across our product engineering organization.

This role focuses on building, operating, and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and embedded security controls that enable product teams to ship frequently, safely, and at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in DevSecOps and platform automation.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering production-grade CI/CD pipelines and platform capabilities.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and coordinating with security and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve automated CI/CD pipelines for microservices, APIs, and platforms.
• Implement secure, policy-driven automation and artifacts scanning across the delivery chain.
• Lead technical decisions, code reviews, and coach engineers in DevSecOps best practices.
