Job summary

Oho Group in London is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to own the internal developer platform and drive end-to-end secure delivery. You will shape the engineering platform behind an elite team building mission-critical technology.

You will define the roadmap, implement security, compliance and observability into the development lifecycle, and mentor the DevSecOps function as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Experience building internal developer platforms or sophisticated CI/CD ecosystems.
• Deep Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure expertise.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience and automated deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps and secure software delivery.
• Nice to have: experience in highly secure environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal developer platform and shape its evolution.
• Define roadmap and technical direction for the platform.
• Lead security, compliance and observability integration in the dev lifecycle.
