Qualifications

• Experience in building secure, scalable platforms with an emphasis on self-service for developers.
• Proven ability to design and implement DevSecOps pipelines and security tooling.
• Strong communication skills to translate security into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-quarter security roadmap for the engineering organization.
• Develop and maintain platform-level security tools enabling automated security for feature teams.
• Integrate security primitives into CI/CD and cloud deployment workflows.
• Mentor engineers and promote the 'you build it, you run it' security culture.
• Lead response to evolving threats, including supply chain and AI infrastructure risks.
