• Be involved in technical strategy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies to improve existing systems.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document development processes and create user‑friendly technical documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
