Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Manchester is seeking a Senior Design Researcher on a 12-month FTC. You will lead research for a Transport platform domain, work with design and product teams, shape the research roadmap, and deliver high‑quality qualitative studies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a design/user researcher within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to work with design and product partners.
• Deep qualitative research expertise across a range of methods.
• Experience delivering strategic and tactical research studies from ground up.
• Ability to synthesise complex findings into clear, impactful insights.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders using evidence-based insights.
