Lloyds Banking Group in Manchester is seeking a Senior Design Researcher on a 12-month FTC. You will lead research for a Transport platform domain, work with design and product teams, shape the research roadmap, and deliver high‑quality qualitative studies.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary design and product teams to understand research needs and identify research opportunities.You will shape and manage the research roadmap for your area. You will design and execute high-quality qualitative research and share actionable insights that will influence design and product decisions.You’ll be encouraged to be proactive in how you approach research, with the freedom to experiment with new methods and explore different ways of working. It’s an environment where new ideas are welcomed and you’ll have the opportunity to shape how research is delivered within your area.You’ll also be part of a large and supportive research and design community, with more than 80 Design Researchers and around 500 colleagues across Design.
