Job summary

FSCS is seeking an experienced Application Development and Support Manager to join our Technology Senior Leadership Team during a pivotal transformation period. You will drive strategic technology change across the Deposits estate, leveraging automation, AI and data to deliver secure, resilient services that improve customer outcomes and strengthen UK financial stability.

You will lead a cross‑functional Agile team, oversee planning, DevOps, CI/CD and governance, and own end‑to‑end delivery,

Qualifications

Experience leading technology transformation and cross‑functional teams.
Strong Agile delivery discipline and ability to translate business priorities into technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage secure and resilient technology estates.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic technology transformation across the Deposits estate, ensuring secure, compliant services.
Drive Agile delivery, automation, and operational resilience with a focus on customer outcomes.
Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, release planning and governance for core applications.
Own end‑to‑end management of the Deposits application estate including security and performance.
Develop and resource the Development Team to deliver transformation outcomes.
