Top Personnel is seeking a senior change delivery lead to drive transformation in a modern, digitally enabled banking environment. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, leveraging Agile, release trains, or waterfall approaches to align with strategic priorities and the Change Portfolio.
