Job summary

Ford Credit / FCE Bank plc is seeking an experienced Operations & Contracts Manager for our Retail Deposits team. You will lead operations, governance, and supplier management to deliver customer-centric service while strengthening resilience and regulatory compliance.

You will shape operating models, oversee contract negotiations, and drive improvements across processes, systems, and controls in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Deposits within banking or financial services.
• Strong operations management, resilience, and vendor/contract governance.
• Solid understanding of banking regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering process improvements and operating model changes.
• Track record in managing third-party suppliers and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of operations management with focus on customer service and resilience.
• Develop models and strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise processes.
• Project-manage new systems, processes and operating models.
• Manage operational resilience framework and consumer duty testing.
• Oversee control risk assessments, vendor audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate and manage end-to-end vendor contracts and procurements.
• Collaborate with procurement to drive cost savings while maintaining service quality.
