You will shape operating models, optimise processes and support transformation initiatives to improve customer experience and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Retail Deposits within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of operations management, resilience and vendor governance.
• Experience in contract management, procurement and regulatory compliance.
• Solid project management skills and ability to manage third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for the bank, delivering customer service, efficiency and resilience.
• Develop models and strategies to reduce costs and optimise processes.
• Project manage new systems, processes and operating models.
• Develop and implement Operational Resilience & Consumer Duty frameworks with testing.
• Oversee controls, risk assessments and supplier governance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FCA complaints handling and audits.
• Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular vendor audits.
• Negotiate and manage end-to-end contract processes with vendors.
