Job summary

Wise is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to support our Sales & Total Service teams, focusing on Wise Business. You will own analytics from data transformation to delivering actionable insights, building dashboards, forecasting tools, and KPI reporting to leadership.

In this role you will evaluate portfolio performance, optimize pipelines, support GTM strategies with TAM/SAM analysis, and partner with Marketing and Analytics Engineering to ensure data integrity and scalable data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient with SQL and data pipeline tooling to deliver insights.
• Commercial mindset with ability to size opportunities and forecast.
• Experience in a high-growth B2B tech environment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Able to manage projects end-to-end and drive initiative to unblock timelines.

Responsibilities

• Enablement & Tooling: Build scalable dashboards and ROI reporting for AE and TS-AS.
• Portfolio Performance: Track performance and drive optimization for activation and churn.
• Pipeline & Funnel Optimization: Monitor funnels and diagnose blockers to revenue.
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Conduct TAM/SAM analyses and forecast capacity for expansion.
• Team Performance & SLA Analytics: Define KPIs and monitor SLA achievement.
• Cross-Functional Data Foundations: Partner with Marketing and Analytics Engineering on data pipelines.
