Job summary

Wise is hiring a Lead Product Analyst to shape the analytics for high-volume transfers. You will bridge data insights with product strategy to make transfers more predictable, reliable, and scalable.

You will partner with product managers and other analysts to define KPIs, run A/B tests, and influence stakeholders. The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience with strong data analysis skills (SQL & Python).
• Experience conducting regular A/B tests and causal analyses to measure impact of product changes.
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Analysts to set KPIs and monitor impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and bias to action to maximise impact.
• Ability to think from first principles and structure ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead verification and predictability work to improve transfer verification and reduce friction.
• Improve service levels and scaling of support to prevent churn among segments.
• Drive growth by improving reliability and efficiency of product and service.
