Job summary

Talent Gateway is seeking a Senior Data Analyst/Analytics Lead to own the data, analytics and reporting function across the business. You will work directly with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Technology to answer key commercial questions, improve data quality, and build reporting and models for decision-making using Snowflake, Matillion, Tableau, R and Python.

The role is hands-on with no dedicated analytics team; you will analyze, model, and visualize data to drive commercial

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analytics, data science, and statistics or BI.
• Strong track record of using data to answer business questions and generate actionable insight.
• Advanced hands-on experience with R, or a similar statistical programming language.
• Strong SQL and experience working with data warehouses.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting, ideally in Tableau.
• Experience using Python for scripting, automation or deployment.
• Able to explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day development and delivery of data, analytics and reporting capability across the business.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Technology to answer commercially important questions.
• Build predictive models, algorithms and ML solutions where they add value.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting that communicate findings.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines in Matillion and work in Snowflake to transform data.
• Automate repetitive data and reporting processes.
