Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development to help your team excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • An experienced professional maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, with a good understanding of kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • A proactive problem solver, quick thinker, and decision-maker.

Qualifications and Experience |

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with the team with care and consideration.
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Financial acumen regarding kitchen performance metrics like GP and stock control.
  • Experience managing labor costs and adapting to operational demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to thrive and develop their careers.
  • Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful environment.
