Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional results.

What You Will Do:

  • Foster a positive environment where your team feels cared for and valued, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop team members.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions to resolve issues effectively.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with your team.
