Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What You Need To Do:

  • Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation.
  • Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions when necessary.
