  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator who values caring, supporting, and engaging with your team.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
