Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

• Someone committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards.
• An individual experienced in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• A proactive problem-solver who can make quick decisions and think on their feet.
