Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Bring
  • Focus on creating a caring, listening environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling coaching within the management team.
  • Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop team members, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making abilities.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills that ensure team support and understanding.
