Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and by empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a coaching culture in collaboration with your Head Chef, supporting recruitment and ongoing development, and fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
