Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development to help your team excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

What You Bring:

  • Ability to create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Experience in maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Focus on building a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
