The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support the coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

What you will do |

• Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in food preparation.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards and understand financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Build a coaching culture, working closely with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a caring approach.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including GP and stock control.
• Experience managing labour costs and adapting to changing demands.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team.
